Vectorize code to get vessel nav data from ERDDAP

During 2023, a second vessel was added to the survey and the code was modified to separately query underway data from ERDDAP. Vectorize the code to query data from all vessels without the need for additional scripts or variables (e.g., get.nav.sh).
