svcomp setup: fetch pinned WitnessCreator release #46
Description
lib/witness.py expects WitnessCreator at targets/sv-comp/WitnessCreator/{build/libs/WitnessCreator.jar,witnesses/*.st}, but since it moved to its own repo nothing puts it there (manual unzip needed).

svcomp setup all

No longer needed: since #58, witnesscreator is a Python package pinned in the requirements (
v1.0.0) and shipped inlibs/pythonof the archive. There is no jar to fetch anymore.
