Summary

Minimal changes for three of the open infra/CI issues. Each change is additive and does not alter existing behaviour.

Verification

  • Both workflow files parse as valid YAML.
  • Helm templates were reviewed by hand. helm lint and helm template were not run because Helm is not installed in this environment.
  • The Vercel and release workflows have not been run in GitHub Actions. The Vercel one needs the three secrets set in the repository.
