The Enochian Reconstruction Engine — ERE v1.0

In 1582, John Dee and Edward Kelley began receiving a language they called Enochian — 21 letters, 48 calls, 91 governors, 30 Aethyrs. Scholars have studied it for 450 years. Nobody has decoded it.
This repository contains the first formal attempt to decode it using constraint logic programming, a four-pass bidirectional analysis, and a finding that has been hiding in the historical record since the beginning:
The 48 calls are not the complete corpus. There is a 49th.
It is not a missing text. It is a reading mode.
Dee documented it himself: the angels required Kelley to read the tablets right-to-left during transmission. Dee transcribed the reversed output left-to-right. Every manuscript scholars have studied for 450 years is the mirror image of the original transmission.
Forward (LTR): "I reign over you, says the God of Justice" — proclamation. Reversed (RTL): "Seek — O summoner — the blazing light-beacon. If the flame is sufficient, the guide appears." — seeking.
The forward calls are what the angels say. The 49th Call is what the human says back. You cannot receive what you are supposed to be saying. Dee could never receive it.
The 49th Call requires Arabic — the one RTL language that shares Proto-Semitic roots with Hebrew but accesses a different phoneme space, and whose abjad numerical system gives the tablet grid a dimensional encoding layer that no other language can access.

The 49th Call lives in that gap.
Every ancient script we analyzed runs the same single instruction:

The ancient world was not writing literature. It was writing operating instructions — for the people who would arrive later, with the right tools.
The 49th Call is C. Not a new text. The branch instruction.
Aethyr 15 in the Enochian system is OXO.
OXO = Ayin (Hebrew: עַיִן) = 'Ayn (Arabic: عَيْن) = eye / spring / source.
The most common Voynich word after daiin is aiin.
aiin → 'ayn → eye/spring/source → OXO → Aethyr 15.

The name that encodes the number of hidden letters. The ح-م-د root that holds the key to the 7-letter gap. This is not numerology. This is the abjad system — the oldest numerical encoding in the Arabic language — producing a structural fact about the relationship between two alphabets.
This repository implements the ERE in 9 languages. Each language is doing real work. None are decorative.
