Variants page (all variants) - at least 1 filter

variantopedia/variants - times out all the time. I think there is another issue about it.

We should have a bunch of standard filters - and I think enforce that there is a minimum of 1 filter applied at a time to stop the timeouts

• Gene auto complete - w/multi - works fastest via variantgeneoverlap
• buttons for the standard contigs (then a "all contigs") - maybe the default when page loads is chr1
• variants type, look up setting of allowed symbolics and also apply the SVLEN is not null when using those, and then snv, and indel

Often I'm just after a variant that's already in there (eg symbolic del/dup. This would make it a quick - and stop the timeouts)
