Remove the database coverage section, its compatibility table, and the unverified-engine paragraph from both READMEs. Explain the database-independent lifecycle in one sentence next to installation: consumers configure a transaction adapter for their database client.
Keep the linked runnable examples, rollback boundaries, and 0.1.1 version from PR #6. Update the 0.1.1 changelog to match the final documentation.
Validation: root and package READMEs match; git diff --check passed. Documentation only, with no runtime changes.
