Exact-head local review of bade3da: four changed paths are qualification tooling only; shared harness binding, package-execution and prepared-home test files match the other three owner PRs byte-for-byte. Prepared-home regression suite: 5/5 pass; diff whitespace check passes. Existing hosted checks are green. No product-source, release or qualification claim follows. Hold merge until Directory owner review and one coordinated successor rebind; this comment does not mark the draft ready or approve AWS. |

This draft isolates exact pre-1 harness paths from immutable product source, preserves append-only documentation boundaries, and prevents execution HOME from mutating prepared inputs. The reviewed qualification-only additions are local-source preparation, not native campaign evidence or release approval. Owner pre-1 test suite passed locally; hosted checks and actual qualification receipts remain open. No published package or deployment changes.
