References #172. Windows-only short disposable builder prefix; normal developer builds and non-Windows layout unchanged. Six local builder/observation tests and portable CI preflight pass. Combined with the root compact marker-bound run directory, full Windows Rust artifact tests/package/vendor/online/offline installation passed repeatedly on one diagnostic AWS instance. No clean qualification credit. Required hosted checks remain required.

Review hold: existing git-aware Sentrux gate reports complex functions 58 -> 64 on both origin/main and this branch. Architecture rules pass; no baseline overwrite or waiver was applied. This pre-existing gate needs explicit disposition before merge. No runtime code, dependencies or publication changed.

The Windows-only path fix passed local portable checks. The pre-existing 58-to-64 Sentrux increase is now dispositioned through .sentrux/complexity-baseline-review.json: 64 exact function entries, source/provenance commits, six added classifications and the submit rename. Inventory obtained from Git-aware temporary worktrees with a diagnostic lower threshold; original worktree rules were not altered. Existing max_cc=158 and every other baseline metric remain unchanged; no --save reset was used. The shared review validator, Sentrux rules and no-degradation gate pass. This structural review does not grant clean artifact, security or qualification credit. Await the required check at the updated head before merge. References #172.
