User organizable library of effects or clips

Featue where user can import audios or clips eh want quick access to, solving this might require app to hjave a lfolder, wher eif user places certain things they remain and user could create sub foldrs and secrtions and organize the material there, and app would preload it from that specific folder so its ready to use, that way user wont heave to manually drag drop or import audios, music, or clips he wants to put in, usually edits require large amount of effects or things that if a specific editor prefers a certain stile would use a lot through making a lot of videos
