disable quick save screen change

Hello.
Is there any way to disable quick save screen?

When I press q, instead of showing screen with logo while quick saving, is it possible to just leave it to text in the dialog area, quick save succeeded, without anything else changing in the main screen?

Or just using black screen instead of new screen showing (the one with IWD2 logo), if some screen has to be shown?

It takes me out of the game ...
