- Open the downloaded file
- If the file is in a ZIP archive, extract it to a folder you can find again
- Connect your Meta Quest headset to your PC with a USB cable
- Put on the headset and allow USB debugging when asked
- Start the modloader from the extracted folder
- Launch the game you want to mod
- Place Lua mods in the mod folder that comes with the release
- Reload the game or restart it after adding a new mod

If the connection does not show up right away, unplug the cable and connect it again. Use a data cable, not a charge-only cable.
