Summary
Improve normalization performance and fix double entity decoding detected by CodeQL scan.
Changes
Replace quadratic regex operations with linear matching in email style normalization, CSS property hyphenation, sitemap URLs, and navigation roots. Decode MiniDOM entities in one pass to preserve nested entity text.
Added regression coverage for large inputs and decoding behavior. All targeted tests, Biome checks, and MiniDOM TypeScript checks pass.
