Problem
#1501 names the cause when the project or user fetch fails. Under TLS inspection, the OAuth token exchange and
detectRegionfail first, and they still show a raw axios message. Login requests also have no timeout, so a dropped connection hangs.Changes
detectRegionsend network errors throughhandleApiError, so they get the same named-cause messages. The OAuth capture sendsnetwork_code.ApiErrorcarriesnetworkCode, andfailurePropertiesreads it from there.detectRegionand the project and user fetches time out after 30 s each (LOGIN_REQUEST_TIMEOUT_MS).
