…ions Add sendInitializeEvent and sendToolsListEvent to the TypeScript Configuration table, and send_initialize_event and send_tools_list_event to the Python one. Both are on by default. The events reference now says that each option stops its event. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The $mcp_initialize and $mcp_tools_list rows showed only the TypeScript option names. Python readers need send_initialize_event=False and send_tools_list_event=False, so the rows now show both. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The MCP Analytics SDKs can now turn off
$mcp_initializeand$mcp_tools_list. Both events are on by default. Many clients reconnect often, so these two events can outnumber$mcp_tool_call.sendInitializeEventandsendToolsListEvent.send_initialize_eventandsend_tools_list_event.$mcp_initializeand$mcp_tools_listrows now name the option that stops each event.SDK changes:
@posthog/mcp0.24.0 andposthog7.77.0.This PR stays a draft until both SDKs release the tools list option.
