  • Cases no longer carry legacy; consumers derive it from expected.value with the typed value corpus table.

Reviewed the workflow-only CodeQL 4.39.0 / harness workflow 1.19.0 pin updates at this commit. Verified upstream SHA/tag mappings, nested uploader and synchronized references. Default CodeQL tools already exceed the new custom-bundle minimum; action runtime and SDK constraints are unchanged. Selected harness image 1.0.0 is unchanged. Required BEAM matrix, format, Credo, compilation and package checks pass.
