The pull request replaces ESLint linting with Biome, updates Node.js and package settings, changes email and animation imports, and sets PostgreSQL sessions to UTC0. It adds organization permission checks and changes how organization, project, and backup operations load or return data.
Biome configuration is added and the lint script switches to Biome. ESLint configuration and packages are removed.
Node.js and container runtime .github/workflows/release.yml, docker/dockerfile/Dockerfile, package.json
The release workflow and Docker runtime use Node.js 24. Docker build instructions and the Sharp version are updated. The package declares Node.js 24 as its minimum version.
assertCanManageOrganization accepts an optional permission capability and checks that capability. It defaults to canManageSettings.
Organization update permissions and optional members src/features/organizations/schemas/organization.schema.ts, src/features/organizations/actions/organization.action.ts, src/features/organizations/components/update-organization-form.tsx, src/features/onboarding/hooks/use-rename-default-org.ts
The update action checks organization management permission and changes members only when users is supplied. The schema makes users optional, and the form and onboarding hook omit the field.
The delete action requires an ID or slug, resolves the organization, and checks canManageDangerZone before entering its error-handling block.
Organization Data Loading and Backup Responses
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Permission-gated channel loading and channel configuration app/(customer)/dashboard/(organization)/settings/page.tsx, src/db/services/notification-channel.ts, src/db/services/storage-channel.ts
The settings page loads channels only when the corresponding management permission is granted. Channel service results set config to null for channels outside the requested organization.
Backup response data shaping src/features/database/actions/backup-get-data.action.ts, src/features/database/actions/backup-list.action.ts
The backup data response masks database secrets and limits channel fields. The backup list selects only id, name, and provider for storage channels.
Issue 432 concerns backup creation times displayed with a timezone offset. The PostgreSQL session timezone changes to UTC0, but the available change summaries do not confirm whether the issue’s backup timestamp behavior is fixed.
Merge Risk: Low · up to 09d34
The organization settings page still sends each agent's linked database records, including their stored configuration, to the browser for any member. This also happens for members without agent-management permission, and it can include databases from other organizations. The behavior existed before this change, and the change otherwise tightens channel and backup data exposure. Gating agent loading and stripping database configuration should be done promptly, but it does not newly block this merge.

Explanation
The title "Dev" is vague and generic. It names a branch, not a change, so it does not describe the primary change in the pull request. The changeset replaces ESLint with Biome, moves email imports to react-email, updates the Node.js runtime to 24, and adds organization permission checks. None of these appear in the title.
Resolution
Rewrite the title to name the main change. For example: "Migrate linting to Biome and switch Node.js runtime to 24". Adjust the wording to match the主要 intent of the PR, such as the organization permission changes if they are the priority.

updateOrganizationAction and deleteOrganizationAction only required a
logged-in, eligible user (userAction) and trusted the caller-supplied
organizationId / id / slug. Any eligible user could rename another
organization, add/remove its members (direct Drizzle delete of the
omitted members), or delete it outright — crossing the tenant boundary
(GHSA-r4f8-xw4v-jq56, CWE-862).
- updateOrganizationAction: assertCanManageOrganization(ctx.user,
organizationId) as the first statement, before any read/write and
outside the try so the denial surfaces as a serverError, not a 500.
- deleteOrganizationAction: resolve the organization first, then
assertCanManageOrganization(..., "canManageDangerZone") (owner-only).
A missing org is denied like a foreign one for non-admins, so it is
not an existence oracle. Input now requires an id or a slug.
- assertCanManageOrganization gains an optional capability
(default canManageSettings) so the same guard serves owner-only
(danger zone) callers. Existing callers are unchanged.
Rule (matches the UI): instance admins, or owners/admins of the target
while it is their active organization, may update; owners (and instance
admins) may delete. Members and outsiders are denied.
updateOrganizationAction always reconciled the caller-supplied `users`
array against the org's current members, hard-deleting any member not in
the list. The admin-panel settings form (update-organization-form.tsx)
and the onboarding rename (use-rename-default-org.ts) send `users: []`
on a pure rename, so renaming an organization from the admin panel
silently removed every one of its members.
- UpdateOrganizationSchema: `users` is optional. Omitted = edit name/slug
only; an explicit array (even empty) still replaces the member list.
- updateOrganizationAction: run the add/remove reconciliation only when
`users` is provided (not undefined).
- The two rename-only callers stop sending `users: []`. The full
org-edit dialog (organization-form.tsx) still sends the real list and
reconciles as before.
Keep lookup failures and not-found handling in the delete action’s response path.
A stale id or slug produces no organization. The guard then throws ActionError before the existing 404 branch. The action callers read result.data.actionError, so this path does not return the established not-found response. A rejected organization lookup also now bypasses the local 500 mapping because it runs before try.

Update the delete action around the organization lookup: keep the lookup inside
a try/catch that returns the existing server-error response on failure, then
return the established 404 response when no organization is found. Call
assertCanManageOrganization only after confirming org exists, using org.id;
leave the deletion flow in its existing try block.

Storage and notification channel configs (S3 keys, SMTP passwords,
webhook URLs) reached the browser of users who are not allowed to
manage them (GHSA-xfcg-76xx-w539):
- settings page: channels are only loaded for owners/admins
- project page: policies no longer embed the full channel rows
- database data action: channels are reduced to id/name/provider/enabled
- backup list action: storage channel limited to id/name/provider
- organization channel services: system-wide channels, and channels
owned by another organization, are returned without their config
