WalkthroughThe frontend popup controller now reuses queried popup models with site-aware cache keys and invalidates them after relevant WordPress changes. Popup and theme settings caches now track metadata changes, writes, deletions, site changes, and dynamic overrides. PHPUnit tests cover both cache flows. ChangesFrontend popup and repository caching

Use metadata returned when cache population is suspended
When wp_suspend_cache_addition( true ) is active (for example during an import) and this popup's post_meta cache is cold, update_meta_cache() returns the fetched metadata but cannot populate the object cache. Discarding that return value and calling wp_cache_get() again therefore leaves $meta_cache false, causing stored popup_settings to be replaced by metadata defaults or []; the previous get_post_meta() path used the array returned by update_meta_cache(). Capture the returned entry here as the theme implementation does.
