   I think we should update Zig again (0.16.0 dev 2565) as both of those issues were closed in November upstream, and 2565 released ~2 weeks ago

   I would, but Zig master hasn't updated it's translate-c code yet as far as I can tell. So while the fix is in the translate-c repo it is not in Zig itself.
