Bug
BoardStore.list_posts used max(1, min(limit, 200)), so limit=0 still returned one post.
Distinct from prior cooks #8-#14 (pack-freshness / handoff / gateway / field-log / dtn / rx-schedule / skybrary limit 0).
Fix
Clamp with max(0, ...) so an empty page stays empty.
