Flash and security docs still named the previous release as current after 3.9.0 shipped.
What was wrong
docs/FLASH_LATEST.md(the flash path linked from the README) told operators to installGrokLink-OS-v3.8.0-radio.dfuand expect version 3.8.0 / API 6.docs/DFU.mdused the same 3.8.0 artifact names for the current OsRadio / OsCdc profiles.docs/api/RPC.mdpingexample showed API 6 / 3.8.0 and had broken quote escaping.SECURITY.mdstill listed 3.1.x as current and used an HTML entity in the version table.What this changes
