Description

Synchronizes Russian and Ukrainian translations with the current en_us.json (147 keys).

Key Changes

ru_ru: +40 keys, removed obsolete entries, refined wording for consistency.
uk_ua: +96 keys, complete rewrite from legacy structure to flat key layout; aligned terminology with the English source.

Additional Notes

Both files are now fully up-to-date and structurally identical to the reference localization.
Future Updates & Missing Strings: Please feel free to ping me if I missed any strings in this PR or whenever new localization keys are added in future updates. I would be more than happy to help keep the translation up to date!
