Overview
Regenerates the Python SDK to 17.0.1 from an updated API spec (Fern CLI/generator bump), with packaging pinned to 17.0.1 and changelog/docs/examples aligned.

FHIR→OMOP (client.fhir2omop.create) gains optional vocab_version and a much broader contract: more row-producing resources (location/org/practitioner roles, derived observation_period, etc.), richer mappings / diagnostics / provider_role_contexts, and expanded Pydantic row types. ServiceUnavailableError is no longer exported for this module.

Lang2FHIR adds primary_patient (with patient_reference deprecated), widens supported resource enum values, and documents RTF/XML/C-CDA and size limits; batch upload docs reflect the same fields.

Implementation guides add create_version and get_version; delete semantics/docs now describe removing canonical package versions.

Client/runtime fixes: bearer token may be a string or callable; instance_url respects environment URL templates; OAuth refresh sends grant_type=client_credentials; HTTP layer handles optional bodyless requests, TCP keepalive, and skips empty SSE frames; agent chat streaming example corrected; quote_path_param for safe path encoding. Construe drops BadGatewayError and adjusts phenocr error mapping (502/503 → generic handling).
