Overview
Regenerates the Java SDK to 17.13.1 (Fern CLI/generator bump) against a newer API spec.

New API surfaces: client.lang2FhirBatch() for create/list/upload/finalize/cancel/get job workflows; implementation-guide version publish/get (createVersion, getVersion); profile version CRUD under client.profiles().versions().

Lang2FHIR: multi/document requests gain optional primaryPatient; patientReference is a deprecated alias for the identifier only. Document extraction docs/types reflect RTF and XML/C-CDA (with size/instance limits). CreateRequestResource adds resource kinds such as familymemberhistory, medicationadministration, and medicationstatement. detectionEffort is marked deprecated on multi flows.

FHIR→OMOP: request docs and response models expand for administrative resources (Location, Organization, Practitioner, etc.), derived observation_period, richer mappings (omop_field, selected, status enum), plus provider_role_contexts and diagnostics. OMOP row types pick up additional date/source fields (e.g. condition end datetime).

Client/runtime: sync/async PhenomlClient implement AutoCloseable via ClientOptions.close() (owned OkHttp only). Credential auth drops configurable grantType (always client_credentials). instanceUrl no longer overwrites a non-default custom environment. User-agent/SDK name headers and construe crosswalk error mapping align with generator changes.

Stream uploads drop required fields

The InputStream uploadItem overloads send only the file part and omit document, create, request_id, and id. They also ignore the file parameter. Document items require document plus a file, so these public methods cannot satisfy the API contract and drop idempotency tokens.
