Overview
Regenerates the Phenoml Java SDK to 17.13.1 (Fern generator 4.21.1), aligning the client with expanded API surface and runtime ergonomics.

New capabilities: A lang2FhirBatch() client covers the full async batch workflow (create job, upload create/document items, finalize, cancel, paginated status/results). Implementation guide and profile APIs add version publish/list/get/delete paths, with new ConflictError for IG version conflicts. Lang2FHIR multi/document requests gain optional primaryPatient (identifier, name, birth date, gender); patientReference is a deprecated alias that cannot be combined with primaryPatient. Create flows add more resource enum values (e.g. medication administration/statement, family history) and document inputs now document RTF/XML/C-CDA (dedicated instances); detectionEffort is marked deprecated.

FHIR→OMOP: Generated types and docs reflect a much broader mapping model—admin resources (Location, Organization, Practitioner, etc.), derived observation_period, US Core demographics resolution, richer mappings (omop_field, selected, note, MAPPED status), plus diagnostics and provider_role_contexts. Row models pick up fields such as condition_end_datetime and clarified date provenance on several tables.

Client plumbing: PhenomlClient / AsyncPhenomlClient implement AutoCloseable via ClientOptions.close() (shuts down owned OkHttp only). Credential auth no longer exposes configurable grantType (fixed client_credentials). instanceUrl no longer overwrites a custom non-default Environment. Headers skip null values; User-Agent/SDK name strings updated to 17.13.1 / Maven coordinates.

Stream uploads omit required form fields

The InputStream uploadItem overloads only attach a file part and never send document, create, request_id, or id. The unused file argument is also ignored. The endpoint requires exactly one of document or create, so these overloads cannot form a valid request and return 400.
