Overview
Regenerates the Java SDK from the updated API spec (17.13.0 → 17.13.1), including Fern generator/cli bumps and refreshed docs, examples, and wire metadata.

New capabilities: client.lang2FhirBatch() exposes batch job lifecycle (create, upload items, finalize, cancel, list/get status, fetch results). Implementation guide and profile clients gain versioned package/StructureDefinition endpoints (createVersion, getVersion, list/create/get/delete profile versions). Lang2FHIR adds optional PrimaryPatient on multi/create flows (with patientReference documented as a deprecated alias), more CreateRequestResource values, and document ingestion for RTF/XML-C-CDA (plus stricter size/format rules in docs).

FHIR→OMOP: Response models and javadoc expand materially—extra tables/roles (location, care_site, provider, observation_period, death), diagnostics, provider_role_contexts, richer mappings (e.g. omop_field, selected), and documented changes to source-value and type-concept semantics.

Client/runtime tweaks: PhenomlClient / AsyncPhenomlClient implement AutoCloseable via ClientOptions.close() (OkHttp shutdown when the SDK owns the client). Credential auth no longer exposes a configurable grantType (fixed to client_credentials). Custom instanceUrl is applied only when environment is unset/default, preserving an explicitly chosen environment.

Stream uploads omit required fields

The InputStream uploadItem overloads send only a file part and never attach document, create, request_id, or id. They also ignore the file argument. The batch API requires exactly one of document (with a file) or create, so stream uploads fail at the server instead of accepting a streamed document item.
