Overview
Regenerates the phenoml Java SDK to 17.13.1 (Fern CLI/generator bump) so client types and docs track the latest API definition.

New capabilities exposed on PhenomlClient / AsyncPhenomlClient:

• lang2FhirBatch() — async batch jobs for lang2fhir (create, upload items, finalize, cancel, list/get status, fetch per-item results).
• Profile versioning — profiles().versions() list/create/get/delete retained StructureDefinition versions; profile create/update/delete semantics and list filtering docs updated.
• Implementation guide packages — implementationGuides().implementationguides().createVersion() and getVersion(); delete behavior documented as removing name-level metadata and exact package versions.

Lang2FHIR request model changes: optional primaryPatient (identifier, name, birthDate, gender) on multi create/document-multi; patientReference is now a deprecated alias and cannot be combined with primaryPatient. Create resource enums gain familymemberhistory, medicationadministration, medicationstatement. Document endpoints document RTF and XML/C-CDA (plus size limits) alongside PDF/images.

FHIR→OMOP client/types: broader resource coverage and richer response shape — diagnostics on CreateOmopResponse, mapping entries with omop_field / selected, forward-compatible MappingEntryMappingStatus and ReferenceDiagnosticOutcome enums, and updated field semantics (e.g. bare codes in *_source_value, MedicationRequest drug_type_concept_id 32838).

SDK ergonomics: sync/async clients implement AutoCloseable via ClientOptions.close() (OkHttp lifecycle when the SDK owns the client). OAuth credential builders drop configurable grantType (always client_credentials). instanceUrl only overrides the URL template when environment is null/DEFAULT.

Stream uploads omit required fields

The InputStream uploadItem overloads ignore the file argument and never attach document, create, request_id, or id. The API requires exactly one of document plus a file or JSON-only create, so these overloads cannot produce a valid multipart item.
