Prepare the next alpha for the merged property walkthrough and Mermaid reports. Bump the runner/report version to 0.1.0a8, refresh quickstart source hashes, and verify the dispatch walkthrough both before packaging and from the unpacked source archive in the publishing workflow. Runner behavior, schema 1, protocol 1 and runtime dependencies are unchanged.
Validation: 54 unit tests; quickstart native/replay, deliberate failure export and rerun; 3 real python-dispatch native tests, 5 replay steps and checked diagrams; strict wheel/sdist metadata; fresh offline wheel installation. Both walkthroughs and the diagram check pass from the unpacked source archive.
Publication follows successful CI on the release commit. PyPI and GitHub will use the same workflow-built wheel/source archives.
