Use sbatch for the Slurm scheduler (instead of srun)

Using srun needlessly requires ports for communicating with the remote node and can result in too many processes.

• have a path for storing stdout/stderr files
• wait until the job is completed

The actual best would be to use the Slurm REST API and having sbatch as a fallback.
