2. Collage Web App Enhancements

• Live preview during grid customization
• Score breakdown visualization
• User-facing collage browser/gallery

3. Subscriber Update System

• Design newsletter/update system for subscribed users
• Implement batched updates for important announcements
• Ensure new subscribers receive previous important updates
• Track engagement metrics for updates vs initial emails
