fix(connectors): request Autumn rewards scopes - #9176

The Autumn connector's OAuth grant didn't include rewards:read or rewards:write, so the Autumn plugin's reward and promo-code tools (listRewards, createReward, updateCatalog with rewards) returned 403 "Insufficient scopes.
