The ten preview and production deploy jobs moved to Blacksmith in #8101. Measured since, they take 1m44s-2m19s there, about what GitHub's standard runners gave before the move: a third of each job is uploading to Vercel and waiting on it, which a faster runner does not change. Standard runners are free for a public repo; these jobs were about $330 a month of Blacksmith time. Test and Typecheck stay on Blacksmith.

Switches the five preview and five production Vercel deploy jobs from
blacksmith-4vcpu-ubuntu-2404back toubuntu-latest. Test, Typecheck and Sandbox stay on Blacksmith.Result of the trial: not recommended, kept as a draft
Three preview runs on this PR on GitHub's standard runners, against the Blacksmith medians from Oct 8-9 (about 68 runs per app):
