Summary

  • New editors/claude-code/GITHUB-ACTIONS.md — same shape as ROUTINES.md. Covers playbook-native only (standalone Node action). Includes PR / scheduled / dispatch workflow templates, compatibility matrix, and @elicit autonomous-mode semantics.
  • editors/claude-code/CLAUDE.md gets a pointer paragraph after the routines paragraph.

SKILL.md is deliberately untouched — the native bundle encodes its own algorithm and doesn't rely on the skill. If a composite variant ships later, we can generalize the skill's autonomous-execution section in a follow-up.

Why

The native action shipped v1 to Marketplace. This gives Claude Code users in the repo a first-class doc for how to run playbooks in CI.

Related PRs

- New editors/claude-code/GITHUB-ACTIONS.md — PR/scheduled/dispatch
templates, compatibility matrix, and autonomous-mode semantics for
  playbook-native. Same shape as ROUTINES.md.
- Pointer paragraph added to editors/claude-code/CLAUDE.md.

Composite (playbook-run) variant deferred; this lands the native
variant only. SKILL.md is untouched since native doesn't rely on the
skill (the Node bundle encodes the algorithm).
