Closes #151
Scaffold the
.agents/skills/github-triage/skill so an assistant can audit and backfilltype:/scope:labels without re-discovering the taxonomy on every pass. What changed
SKILL.md— operational runbook: the fulltype:*/scope:*matrix (sourced from.github/labels.yml), resolution rules for unrecognized scopes and-privatepackages, and the four-step Scan → Audit → Review → Apply workflow. Follows the front-matter + H1 + Companion Scripts + Operational Invariants structure of the siblinggithub-issues/github-prskills, and the agent-skills canons (runtime-execution runbook, no metadata duplication).scripts/triage-audit.sh— pure POSIX shell diagnostic. Resolves the triangular upstream remote, parses Conventional Commit titles, cross-references the vocabulary in.github/labels.yml, and emits an unadorned TSV (NUMBER\tTYPE\tSCOPE\tSTATUS\tMISSING_LABELS\tUNRECOGNIZED_SCOPES). Supports--unlabeled,--since N,--prs,--json, and--repo. Shunts output above 8 KB to/tmp/. Set executable (chmod +x).AGENTS.md— new## 3. Agent Skillssection registering the skill.llms.txt— a single directory-level entry under Agent & Contributor Orientation, delegating depth toSKILL.mdper thellms-txt-must-index-surfaces-not-individual-filesandllms-txt-must-delegate-depthcanons.Verification
Ran the script offline against a simulated
ghfixture (no network, no live state):type: featonfeat(lsp)andtype: refactor+scope: coreonrefactor(core)are reported as missing when the labels are absent;lspandrepo-lintare surfaced in theUNRECOGNIZED_SCOPEScolumn without inventing labels;--unlabeledfilters to rows with at least one gap;--since Nstarts the backfill pass at N;--prsmerges PR rows;/tmp/shunt with the[OUTPUT TRUNCATED]banner. The script's exit code is propagated through the shunt wrapper, and
$EXIT_CODEis preserved across theset -eboundary.No change to CLI semantics, canon lints, or Rust build; pure agent-skill addition.
