When doing the local build, I don't know why but the "ne_10m_populated_places" is not present in the right place, so the application doesn't work properly because the server can't find the shapefile. Therefore, I've added the shapefile inside of the repo and also changed a line of the dockerfile to copy the shapefile into the right folder.
