CONVINCING DESCRIPTION
This PR update the project and workflow to run Docker-based tests from an optional sub-module as part of the GitHub workflow. Currently, there are no tests yet, but the setup already ensures that OOTBee Support Tools does not add any issues during the startup of Alfresco since the build will only succeed when the ACS and Share containers are healthy.
Additionally, the GitHub issue and pull request templates are updated to work with changed GitHub functionality.
