Addresses #127, #128, #129, #130 with opt-in contract storage and authorization safeguards. Verified with Rust 1.91: 105 cargo tests passed, strict Clippy passed. See contracts/soroban/REVENUE_RECOVERY_ELASTICITY_SPONSORSHIP.md for edge cases and the limitation that zero-XLM onboarding requires a funded off-chain fee sponsor; contract gas cannot be paid mid-invocation. Security review recommended before deployment.
