- Improve Windows desktop startup reliability by preserving bundled CLI discovery and refreshing the complete agent roster while workers restore.
- Use the native unelevated Codex sandbox on Windows to avoid repeated UAC prompts without changing macOS or Linux sandbox behavior.
- Fix Windows team-name input, application menus, and packaged icons while centralizing desktop platform and architecture mappings.
