Reviewed the Dependabot-only tsx 4.23.5 → 4.23.12 update and lockfile refresh. The diff is limited to the declared dev dependency and corresponding pnpm resolution/snapshot references; all required CI, security, Linux, Windows, and macOS contract checks are green. APPROVE.
