Open issue list

This list is to compile open issues that are yet to be solved to reach better coverage.

• Inputevents need to be included to get adequate medication coverage. At this point medication is only pulled from prescription / pharmacy tables (general EHR data) that have not the same coverage as the tables coming from Metavision (ICU data).
• Outputevents have to be included to facilitate fluid balance assessment.
• Notes are currently missing, but are also in transition in MIMIC IV
• Improve / enrich existing concept mappings (MIMIC itemid's to OMOP Concepts)
• Documentation on how to use the OMOP'ed version of MIMIC IV - maybe find hosting for a demo ATLAS instance
