This PR adds a script and CSV files that can be used to generate synthetic waveform metadata. This metadata serves as an example for the source data expected by the waveform extension build: #65 . The data can be used to perform a "dummy" build or just as an example for how the source tables should be designed when doing and actual waveform extension build.
