Description
The Databricks Simba driver currently used by DatabaseConnector is being phased out (by Oct 31st, 2026), and should be replaced with the Databricks JDBC driver.

I have picked this up and opened PR #343 with the switch from the Simba Spark driver to Databricks JDBC 3.4.2: driver references updated in Connect.R, Drivers.R and DESCRIPTION, docs and the Connecting vignette refreshed, a NEWS entry added, and a new testthat test covering the Spark driver selection. Happy to adjust based on review.
