POST /recommendations/generate에force_refresh: true를 보내도 캐시만 우회하고 같은 점수 순위로 Top 3를 골라, 실행 ID만 바뀌고 스타일은 반복됐습니다.강제 새로고침에서는 동일 사용자·입력의 최근 20회 추천을 조회해 적게 노출된 적합 후보부터 선택합니다. 노출 횟수가 같으면 기존 점수·카테고리·태그 다양화 규칙을 유지합니다. 길이·손상도·제외 선호 필터는 그대로 적용하며, 후보가 부족하면 기존 스타일을 재사용합니다. 일반 생성과 최신 조회는 갱신된 결과를 재사용하고 과거 실행 조회도 보존합니다.
검증: 전체 서버 테스트 및 bootJar, 9개 후보를 3회에 걸쳐 중복 없이 추천하는 API 통합 테스트, 새로고침 결과 재사용, 사용자·입력별 노출 이력 격리와 최근 20회 제한, 후보 부족 시 적합성 필터 유지.
