Every feature in one place: the roadmap catches up

Docs only. docs/FUTURE.md's Implemented section is the project's feature list (the README's "What it does" is a summary that links to it), and it had fallen behind. Most of the gap is the #926 PRs, which updated both changelogs but not the roadmap.

Added under The file list:

• quoted @find phrases;
• search and downloads keep working during a rebuild (Idea: keep searching the old list while a rebuild runs, instead of pausing for all of it #923);
• the parallel folder scan (Scan the library's folders several at once, the way QuickList does #922);
• length and quality in the list (The list can say how long each track is and how good (#567) #914).

Added under Receiving files from other bots:

• replies from other bots are understood (A bot's answer to our request is understood, and a queued file is taken when it comes (#926) #927);
• the fetch queue runs itself (The fetch queue waits for a bot, paces itself per bot, and survives a restart (#926) #928);
• paused bots and the low-disk wait (A bot we cannot reach is paused, and a full disk makes fetching wait (#926) #929);
• the List Browser as a whole: a tab per list in an archive (List Browser: group a bot's several lists under one sidebar row, switch between them above the table #399), the freshness light, New, slots/queue/speed, the cross-list filter and Online only, and bots added by hand;
• AUTO_REFETCH_LISTS with the 14-day rule;
• AUTO_GRAB_LISTS.

Also:

• "each of the 117 settings" becomes "every setting". There are 131 today, and a hard-coded count goes stale with every new setting.
• A fetched list keeps only the peer's master leaves Planned, because every list in the archive has been kept since List Browser: group a bot's several lists under one sidebar row, switch between them above the table #399.
• The README summary now mentions the rebuild and the fetch queue, and names the roadmap as the full feature list.

I checked the settings, defaults and commands named here against the code. I didn't describe #944's click-to-show behaviour or #946's list ceiling, because neither is merged. Whichever merges second can add a line.

Both changelogs have an entry. The full suite passes, and the branch merges cleanly with #942, #944 and #946.
