Follow-up to #935. The v1.13.1 extraction's own test run came back 6661, not the 6659 estimated there (6688 minus the 29 preflight-only tests stripped at extraction, off by 2 from an earlier miscount). Fixing it here so the next release starts from the right number instead of re-diverging.
Full suite 6688 OK.
