At the operator's request. The only legal text so far was the GPL, which covers the code but says nothing about how it's used.
This adds a Responsible use section to the README, just above License, so it shows on the GitHub page and ships in every download:
Kept short and plain on purpose: three calm paragraphs rather than a wall of legal-sounding text. It's a common kind of notice for file-sharing tools, not legal advice.
Documentation only; both changelogs are updated. Full suite 6609 OK. It merges cleanly with #925, #928 and #929.
A possible follow-up, if wanted: one line on the setup page's music-folder field and in INSTALL.md, "Share only what you have the right to share - everything in these folders is offered to anyone who asks."
