Implement ProcessMonitor class to track game processes and emit events.
Added ProcessMonitor for game detection and updated RPC handling.
Added a comment to clarify the game choices in the database.
in the rpc stuff a startedAt timestamp is being reset every time the poll runs because its creating a new timestamp each time in buildRPCData() so this got fixed :cachylove:
