Objective

Make public operator guidance executable against the repository and remove trust in infrastructure that does not exist.

Acceptance criteria

• Correct environment variables, genesis/checksum references, Docker/Compose requirements, ports and loopback exposure.
• Remove unsupported staking/distribution commands and correct validator CLI argument order and PNYX unit examples.
• Correct Grafana access, faucet, image publication, non-root volume and Kubernetes ingress guidance.
• Register and control truerepublic.network before use, or remove every seed, snapshot, status, API and security-contact reference.
• Point vulnerability reporting only to the verified SECURITY.md private-reporting flow.
• Refresh stale known-issues and repository-structure claims and add non-production caveats to high-risk guides.
• Keep repository wiki, GitHub Wiki and docs copies synchronized and link-check all commands and URLs.
