What changed in this PR
Updates the Elio IOC module pin and switches its EK9000 dependency from the SLAC repository to the NSLS2 fork.
Changes:
- Updates Elio to revision
b6c1512and aligns the deployment configuration. - Adds NSLS2 EK9000 revision
a0fa79d, replacing the previous SLAC configuration while retaining the Modbus dependency.
