Regression harness for #55. Six ZIP checks cover valid compact results and existing rejection paths; five Plate checks use the published MaterializedShallowResult and real schema-2 bindings for v2/v3, labels and missing-label rejection.
The new tests are capability-gated against older production revisions; BIOMERO_TEST_SMALL_ARCHIVES=1 and BIOMERO_TEST_PLATE_REANALYSIS=1 forced the red runs. Adds the released biomero-shallower>=0.1.0b6,<0.2 test dependency.
Merge order: validate the full harness against current master and the production PR, mark this PR ready and merge it into test-suite, then rerun the production PR CI before merging production. Never merge test-suite into master.
Full local harness: 397 passed, 7 skipped against the production fix; 386 passed, 18 skipped against current master (11 new capability-gated regressions). Both use the published dependency. Red runs reproduced the exact compressed-size rejection and missing collection attribute.
