Summary

• stop publishing and selecting canonical generation copies
• update trust metadata in the object's single canonical registration
• consolidate equivalent legacy registrations and generated stores in the admin migration
• rebind shallow manifests, reports, and OMERO projections before removing redundant generated stores
• retain native/imported managed Zarrs in place and fail closed on different content

Validation

• local migration consolidated 17 canonical objects with 0 failures; post-run dry-run found no remaining work
• 249 passed, 4 skipped in the companion test-suite branch
• focused migration/canonical selection: 56 passed
• compileall and diff checks pass

Merge #36 into test-suite first so this PR's required check uses the updated contract.

Depends on NL-BioImaging/BIOMERO.shallower#7 and NL-BioImaging/BIOMERO.importer#25.
